This role works closely with lenders and financial institutions to deliver tailored financial services, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSell financing and insurance products to customers.Achieve financial services goals and gross production targets.Review customer credit applications and assess financing profitability.Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs.Utilize menu selling process and ensure complete deal documentation with checklists.Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.Collaborate closely with the sales team.Ensure all financial services comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.Support dealership initiatives related to Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.Act as liaison between customers and lending institutions.Attend weekly manager meetings and maintain effective employee relations.Promote and maintain company standards and employee satisfaction.Additional InformationThis position requires adherence to all organizational standards and governmental regulations.
