Job Description: Tzumi Electronics is seeking a talented and Graphic/Package Designer to join our dynamic team. With a focus on Packaging, this position primarily focuses on ensuring the visual identity aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences. In addition to packaging design, you will also be responsible for creating packaging and product renders, sell sheets & presentations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for aesthetics, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be creating packages and presentation looks for Retailers like TJ Maxx and Target.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative original packaging designs for new products/brands.
• Design branded product packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and product specifications.
• Create compelling sell sheets, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Pro-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality graphics and artwork for packaging materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate with our China Office Team

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in packaging design or product design.
• Proven experience as a Packaging Designer or in a similar role.
• Pro-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality graphics and artwork for packaging materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in these tools.
• Solid understanding of packaging design principles, color theory, materials, and printing processes.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually impactful designs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for consumer electronics and a strong desire to stay updated with industry trends
• Understands and speaks Chinese a plus!
