Job Description

Position Summary
As a Home-Based Casework Facilitator (1099 Contractor), you will play a critical role in supporting families involved with the child welfare system by providing hands-on, individualized services in their home and/or community environments. This opportunity is designed to help parents and caregivers develop the skills, routines, and strategies necessary to achieve stability, meet court-ordered goals, and promote healthy family dynamics.

  • Must pass background checks as required by DCS guidelines including (criminal, educational, references, employment and child protective services).

  • Shared life experiences and are familiar with the communities where they will be working

  • Must be able to carry appropriate caseloads.
