\n \nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for an immigration lawyer licensed to practice in the United States to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate has approximately 3+ years of post-bar experience in US immigration law and has worked hands-on with both student and work visa applications, as well as employment-based permanent residence pathways.
\n \nThis role will support a range of US-bound immigration matters, as well as supporting the team to build our legal technology, all while operating within BorderPass' case management model.
\nYou will collaborate closely with other lawyers, operations teams, and product stakeholders, contributing practical immigration expertise while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
