Job Description
Repair, maintain, rebuild and upgrade all machinery in plant. This Team Member is responsible for lockout/tag out, SOPs, training, audits and machine rebuilds. Will ensure preventative maintenance programs are completed on a timely basis, as well as respond to daily maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all maintenance and repair on coffee roasters, scales and packaging machines
- Perform the scheduled preventative maintenance on all production-related equipment.
- Complete special maintenance projects.
- Respond to daily maintenance work orders on a timely basis.
- Assist in project planning and construction.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of electric, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Must be able to read and understand operator manuals.
- Must have knowledge of and experience with power and hand tools, basic electrical troubleshooting and plumbing, sheet metal fabrication and welding
- Able to read and understand schematics, blueprints
- Must have the flexibility to work overtime hours as required
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
Desired Work Experiences
- Maintenance technician (1 year)
- Coffee manufacturing preferred
