Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language. Additional languages are a plus. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in using computer systems, travel booking platforms, and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
