Position Summary This position will operate screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality screen printing of custom designs onto T-shirts, maintain the printing process from setup to completion and assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing the inventory. This is a part-time position with daytime hours up to 20 hours per week, depending on business needs; availability may vary based on production schedules and workload. Day-To-Day Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment and heat press. Prepare T-shirts by accurately producing orders based on submitted order forms. Review artwork and designs for print quality and accuracy before production. Perform quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure consistency and accuracy. Maintain production schedules while meeting established deadlines. Package completed orders for pickup or shipment. Clean, organize and maintain printing equipment and work areas. Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Support operations department and the warehouse with any other needs and assigned tasks. And more! Are you up for the challenge? Screen printing experience preferred. Knowledge of printing techniques, equipment and materials preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to do meticulous work producing high-quality production. Basic computer skills for managing print schedules and merchandise order tracking. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfort with working in a screen-printing environment that may involve exposure to inks and chemicals.
